On Tuesday evenings, many of the regular racers get together for an informal evening of post-race camaraderie and cuisine. Crews take turns showing off their culinary expertise by providing delicious meals to their fellow sailors. Participating crews commit to providing one dinner and one dessert during the season on a rostered basis.
